Involving Permal in the overall process to create a contemporary, motivational, functional yet comfortable environment at their St James’ Square location was a key factor to the success of this project. Site visits to other Interiors Group client projects were arranged to ensure a mutual vision and a combination of video conferencing and face-to-face meetings were utilised to enable the international senior management team to play an intrinsic part in the design process.
