Eager to reduce their space requirement by 40 percent at their new central London headquarters, LaSalle Investment Management, one of the worlds leading real estate management corporations, appointed us to deliver a practical, stylish and timeless 16,000 sq feet refurbishment which maximised the usage of the remaining space and reflected their global business presence.

Partnering with Consarc Architects following an intensive briefing process including a survey and pilot scheme, the resulting design incorporated a series of breakout spaces and dedicated individual working booths, a library, auditorium and a high specification colleague suite including a servery, meeting space and showers.

By using a series of inspirational graphics and a calming colour palette teamed with a series of natural finishes and contemporary furnishings, the final scheme provides an inspirational and functional environment for this prestigious company.
