When Kajima an award winning project developer and property investor decided to relocate to a previously occupied office suite in 55 Baker Street, London, their brief was to provide a layout and design that would reflect the pace and ethos of their business.
Partnering with dMFK architects our solution included stripping out the existing L shaped area, grouping meeting rooms together and creating two spines of open plan office space along with a break out area overlooking a sun terrace.
Differing colours and textures of carpet were used to delineate areas whilst circulation routes were defined by full height wall panels and half height joinery units. Brightly coloured light fittings and furniture were then introduced to create a modern and calming environment.
We selected The Interiors Group for their professional approach to the project and their in-depth understanding of office fit-out work.
