Hanson are one of the world’s largest suppliers of heavy building materials to the construction industry
.They are part of the HeidlebergCement Group, who are the global leader's in aggregates. Hanson have acquired 12’000 sq.ft at Castle Hill House, located in a highly prominent position within Maidenhead town centre. Arranged over 4 floors The Interiors Group have been appointed to provide a full ‘turnkey’ solution, including all aspects of office design, build and project management.
The office design project is on a very tight timescale and is being 'fast-tracked' for completion end of June.

Credit Suisse
8.000 square office design for relocation
Credit Suisse are based in Canary Wharf and the Chief Executive wanted a base in Mayfair to give Senior Executives a Hot Desking Environment and Meeting Rooms.
In addition to this he wanted a Fine Dining experience and therefore has included a full catering kitchen.
The meeting rooms fronting Pall Mall can be transformed into Dining Rooms with ease. We pitched for this work through Credit Suisse ’s unique “Frictionless” format

JCA Group
6,000 sq ft new office design build
Due to expansion and an opportunity to break their lease JCA wanted to take space that would reflect the nature of their business. They carry out Chief Executive, Finance Director and Senior Executive Searches for Major Companies. They also do Senior Management Coaching and Life Training.
JCA Group have taken space in the old Marks and Spencer’s Headquarters in 55 Baker Street. It has become an iconic building having been remodelled by Make Architects for London and Regional Properties.

Office Design and Build Company go green on power
From June 2008 The Interiors Group will be sourcing all their power requirements from Ecotricity, the power supplier who
specialise in power from wind.
Group Director David Mackie said: "This part of our ongoing development for our office design building to become genuinely carbon neutral"
The current suppliers contract with npower cease in June.

Whitgift Centre/ DTZ
The Interiors Group have been appointed to undertake a phased refurbishment of Croydons
landmark building, The Whitgift Centre. The project involved the office design and main reception area plus upgrading upper floors to Cat A lettable standard.
DTZ selected The Interiors group because of their ability to perform on tight timescales
within a multi – occupied environment whilst producing a cost effective but creative design.
QVC
TIG have been working on a phased design and refurbishment project for QVC over the past 18 months and have successfully handed over in excess of 60k Sq ft. Further phases have been awarded.
The Interiors group have been appointed due to their ability to work within a highly constrained and occupied environment containing live studios which are broadcasting 18 hours per day.
Partnerships in Care
ProjectSize - 10,000sq ft
Partnership in Care relocated their UK Head Office from Cambridgeshire to Imperial Place, Borehamwood. In moving they identified more modern office space, which was also more strategically located. The Interiors Group provided a full tunrkey solution, including design, fitting-out works and furniture.
The feedback from PIC is that they liked our office design solution and could see that we wanted the project.

Boston Scientific
ProjectSize: 40,000 sq ft
Following the acquisition of a competitor, Boston Scientific, needed to co-locate their offices. They identifed Breakspear's Park in Hemel Hempstead, as their new HQ. The Interiors Group were appointed by Boston Scientific's Project Manager's Turner Legg Consulting. As the main contractor, we have taken the building from CAT A to tenant requirements for office design.
TIG were selected following a formal tender process. A passion to succeed and work within the project parameters have been vital for delivering this office design

Halfords Media UK Limited - new office design
10,000 sq ft office design and furniture project
Halfords Media are taking the 4th Floor at Regent Arcade House in Argyll Street, London. W1.
They currently occupy 2,800 sq ft and started the business 2 years ago with 7 staff.
They have grown to 41 No. and required additional space for their next period of expansion
hence the need to take 10,000 sq ft for a new office design.
The Interiors Group are also supplying all the office furniture involved in this move.

Office Design award nomination for this stunning Headquarters building, delivered by The Interiors Group in September 2006, has now been shortlisted for the prestigious BCO Award under two categories – Recycled Building and Office Fit-out.
Following a succesful visit by regional judges visit we have now been put
forward for a visit by national judges.
