3. COST CONTROL
- Designs, specifications and budget are developed in harmony. The cost implications of design modifications are made clear throughout the process, allowing our client to retain control.
- When the scheme is approved, the cost is fixed. No questions. No variations.
- If our client does require changes after work has commenced on site, the cost changes are calculated pro rata on the basis of the original submission. No penalties.
