The Interiors Group launch UAE Operation

The Interiors Group has launched their new United Arab Emirates operation in Abu Dhabi.
A number of high profile Architectural firms and International Property Agents have already approached The Interiors Group to work with them.
CEO Andy Black commented “ It is a privilege to announce the company’s partnership with His Highness Sheik Sultan Al Noaimi, and we look forward to developing the success of the new venture within Abu Dhabi and the region.
The company will be based in Abu Dhabi and has plans to operate within the other GCC countries in the near future.

New Business Wins for The Interiors Group in the Charity Sector
|

Charity Comic Relief has appointed The Interiors Group to fit out their
offices at Albert Embankment London SE1. They will be working in partnership
with Interior Design from Jump Studios. Work is expected to commence in
April.
Work has already started for two other charities: Teach First and Absolute
Return for Kids. The two projects are located at More London (24,000 sq ft) adjacent to Tower Bridge and at Kingsway (14,000 sq ft).

Bringing Serviced Offices to Life
|
|
The first of three major refurbishments for the market leading serviced office provider, Esselco Services, was recently completed. Working with Scott Brownrigg Interior Design, The Interiors Group refurbished 55,000 sq feet of space laid out over six floors at Warnford Court in the heart of the City of London.
Lloyd Dorfman of Esselco who purchased the building as an investment and subsequently elected to convert it to serviced offices said “ We wanted to bring Warnford Court alive, 18 months on from the start of the project the building looks
amazing”.
The building once served as the offices of the Bank of England. The new internal layout consists of almost 100 suites of varying sizes with the main reception and common areas being redesigned to the highest levels of finish and detailing.
Phase Two of the Warnford Court re-development and further projects at Lloyds Avenue and Stratton Street are now underway.

Andy Black Interiors Group CEO presents Jump Studios with Interior Design Practice of the Year Award at the recent FX Awards

The winner of the on line publicly voted for FX Magazine Interior Designer of the Year Award was London-based Jump Studios. Andy Black presented the founding directors Simon Jordan and Shaun Fernandes with the award at the annual awards before a packed house at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
Jump Studios also worked as part of the Interiors Group team, designing the new headquarters for advertising company Langland at the prestigious new office development known as ‘The Quadrant’ which benefits from a highly desirable position within Windsor Town Centre.
