Award Winning Advertising Group Choose The Interiors Group
Langland are an award winning advertising company, specialising within the pharmaceutical market. Having been located in Windsor, Langland took the decision to relocate and set about identifying premises that could accommodate their anticipated growth. They eventually secured approximately 11,000 sq.ft. of space over 2 floors, within the prestigious office design development known as 'The Quadrant' which benefits from a highly desirable position within Windsor Town Centre.
Langland appointed Jump Studios to create the layout/ office design and following a full presentation/tender process The Interiors Group were appointed as the main contractor's on all aspects of the build, including AV. The environment that's being created is of an extremely high quality and it's Langland's vision that the environment will play a huge role in their expansion plans. Having already been on site for a number of weeks, project completion will be the end of October.

Uk’s Leading Property Networking Event Offices 08 Conference
Venue, Celtic Manor, Wales.
Attended by approx 600 people, including investors, developers, agents, construction, consultants, occupiers and office design specialist Started Monday morning, finished Tuesday lunchtime.
Lots of keynote speakers including Colonel Tim Collins (who gave a motivational /inspirational speech). Steven Hester, C.E. British Land. Sir Stuart Lipton, Deputy Chairman of Chelsfield.
There was good representation from most of the large surveying firms although there seemed to be a definite bias towards more 'regional' personnel. Large occupiers, mutli-nationals, and business park were well represented. Our stand area' was fully populated when the conferences sessions finished.
The Interiors Group was the only office design and build company to be exhibiting
Holding it in Wales and 'in the main' ensuring it was 'residential' worked well, rapport was generated very quickly with most people that we spoke with and it was great to catch up with lots of people that we hadn't met for sometime. |

The interiors group have been appointed full refurbishment of dilapidated school building in Primrose Hill, to provide a superb stylish 16,000sqft headquarters and office design. Amongst others Shine produce Gladiators and Masterchef . Work will be completed in December

The Interiors Group have secured the fit out and office design contract for this forward thinking client. Work includes spectacular terrace space and 55.000 sq ft of office and meeting room space. Work will be completed in March 2009

Hanson are one of the world’s largest suppliers of heavy building materials to the construction industry
They are part of the HeidlebergCement Group, who are the global leader's in aggregates. Hanson have acquired 12’000 sq.ft at Castle Hill House, located in a highly prominent position within Maidenhead town centre. Arranged over 4 floors The Interiors Group have been appointed to provide a full ‘turnkey’ solution, including all aspects of office design, build and project management.
The office design project is on a very tight timescale and is being 'fast-tracked' for completion end of June.

Due to continued growth and success of online giant MySpace, The Interiors group have been appointed for the office design and build of their new offices in New Oxford St, London.
The office design includes amongst other elements new offices , meeting rooms and data facilities over floors 1,2 and 4 and will be completed over the next two months.

Credit Suisse
8.000 square office design for relocation
Credit Suisse are based in Canary Wharf and the Chief Executive wanted a base in Mayfair to give Senior Executives a Hot Desking Environment and Meeting Rooms.
In addition to this he wanted a Fine Dining experience and therefore has included a full catering kitchen.
The meeting rooms fronting Pall Mall can be transformed into Dining Rooms with ease. We pitched for this work through Credit Suisse ’s unique “Frictionless” format

JCA Group
6,000 sq ft new office design build
Due to expansion and an opportunity to break their lease JCA wanted to take space that would reflect the nature of their business. They carry out Chief Executive, Finance Director and Senior Executive Searches for Major Companies. They also do Senior Management Coaching and Life Training.
JCA Group have taken space in the old Marks and Spencer’s Headquarters in 55 Baker Street. It has become an iconic building having been remodelled by Make Architects for London and Regional Properties.

Office Design and Build Company go green on power
From June 2008 The Interiors Group will be sourcing all their power requirements from Ecotricity, the power supplier who
specialise in power from wind.
Group Director David Mackie said: "This part of our ongoing development for our office design building to become genuinely carbon neutral"
The current suppliers contract with npower cease in June.
