Primarily we are office design, office fit out, office refurbishment and interior fit out contractors for landlords Cat A and tenants Cat B properties. However, with a small works team we are happy to undertake relocation and minor works and are used to working under all types of contract.
Our internal skill base and up to the minute technology enables us to offer clients environmental consultation and detailed CGI and 3D visualisation. Alongside this, we also offer Landlord and Global Investment Support Services including surveys, budgets, occupancy advice and workplace strategy.
