It is we believe important to maximise our clients sustainability opportunities and reduce the environmental burdens of a building or project. It is also we believe, important for our clients to promote the environmental credentials of a project, whilst being able to measure and improve the performance of the build and minimise the running costs.
To enable us to do this, we have adopted the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) Standard which measures the sustainability of new non-domestic buildings in the UK and is recognised as the standard for best practice in sustainable building design and the best way of measuring a building’s environmental performance.
This standard is used by designers, developers and contractors to prove the environmental credentials to clients and planners. Our in-house BREEAM Assessor works with our clients throughout the design process and can, if required arrange independent assessment for certification.
